Our family returned to our home in Readington Township from a 10 day vacation... to find that our refrigerator had gone out. With two young daughters, school, sporting events, being without a refrigerator is not something a family can afford. After calling some of the big name companies and getting either answering machines or scheduling services that told us the soonest they could come out was two weeks later, I called Appliance Command. The call patched through to Gary, on his personal number, on the first ring. Even more astoundingly, Gary heard our situation and moved heaven and earth to get out to us on the SAME DAY to see if he could resolve our issue. The saga from there is too long to put into words (suffice it to say our freezer also went out two days later) but what I CAN say is that Gary worked with us non stop for multiple days and was able to come out mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends... whatever fit our schedule... to get to the fastest possible "fix" time for both our Whirlpool refrigerator and freezer. I highly recommend Appliance Command if you need assistance with any of your household appliances. We will certainly be using Gary and Appliance Command for any issues we have in the future with our whirlpool refrigerator/freezer, Bosch dishwasher, GE Cafe oven, Samsung/LG Washer/Dryer and Kitchenaid microwave, as they're equipped and ready to handle any and all of them. One thing is for sure. Appliances don't last forever and when they go, it's always a major hassle. I'm a lot less concerned about it now that I know I can pick up the phone and call "our guys" at Appliance Command whenever we need help. He has fixed my clothes dryer where other appliance repair people did not, he was able to find me a free high end dishwasher, and charged me only for hooking it up, and has helped me over the phone resolve minor issues. I not only consider Gary best in class in the business, I consider him a friend, interesting and compassionate human being. Highly recommend. He also converted propane stove to natural gas!
